Replacement

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange your knife without any problems.

Simply inform us of the return by email to machadofacas@gmail.com with the subject "Return" and we will negotiate two solutions:

1- Exchange for another item of equal or different value, agreeing on the price differences and deadlines for making a new item. The deadline for exchange is up to 7 calendar days after the delivery date.

2- Full refund of the value of the item within 30 working days after returning the product.

To guarantee the exchange, it is essential that the item(s) does not have structural damage such as scratches, modifications, engravings or other signs of use.

Guarantee

Any knife has a warranty against defects for a fixed period of 1 year that may be present in the assembly structure such as guard parts, pins, splints, or parts that compromise the use of the knife.

The warranty does not include: natural wear and tear of the product, inadequate exposure to the environment (excessive sun, humidity, accumulation of dirt, etc.), misuse (cutting materials not intended for use with knives such as metals, chains, nails, splitting wood, leveraging, throwing and other activities disproportionate to the structure of the knife).

Orders previously placed and with production already started cannot be cancelled. The amount paid during the order will not be refunded.

Maintenance

To perform periodic maintenance such as polishing, applying varnish or resharpening, simply send an email to machadofacas@gmail.com where you will be advised on the best steps to take or to consult service prices.
